Payment at Booking

The 15-Minute Clarity Call and the 45-Minute M'Jaye Strategy Session are paid services. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is completed.

Before You Pay

Before payment is submitted, you will see the full consultation details — session length, price, and these cancellation and refund terms — and you will be asked to acknowledge the booking terms before completing your purchase.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, and missed appointments without notice, are not eligible for a refund. If we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.

What Consultations Do Not Include

Consultation fees cover your scheduled private session with Michelle Johnson only. Credit Restoration services are not included in the consultation fee and, when appropriate, require separate enrollment and pricing. Consultations do not include Credit to Keys™ membership, and M'Jaye Money does not provide lending, funding, investment advice, real-estate investment advice, or comprehensive financial planning.
